First Open Resource Hacker
Open explorer.exe in your SystemRoot\Windows folder
Expand String Table IN Resource Hacker
Expand 37, click 1033 and change where it says "Start" to whatever you want INSIDE THE QUOTES
Expand 38, click 1033 and change where it says "Start" to whatever you want INSIDE THE QUOTES
Make sure 37 and 38 say the same thing
Save save to SystemRoot\Windows and name it as Start.exe
Hit your Start Button and click run
type in RegEdit and hit enter
Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version
Click WinLogon and you'll see "Shell" with an AB logo next to it
Double Click Shell and change the Value to "Start.exe" <--- no quotes of course
then reboot your computer and your start button will say whatever you typed in the "Start" in the Explorer String Table
