This is a tut on how to get your old maps on your hard drive, so you can mod them. Note: you cant go on xbox live with this.
1. Start your xbox with no disc in the drive. 2. Open up your modded dashboard. I'm using unleash x. 3. Then put your halo 2 disc in the drive. 4. Go to the file explorer when the disc loaded. 5. There will be two sides. Click on D on the left side. 6. Leave D alone for a minute. Now go to the right side (hold the right trigger) Go to E, and click it. Make a folder called games (click start, and you will get the options), if not there already. In games make another folder called halo 2. 7.Transfer the maps folder on the left side to the right side. (only the maps folder and fonts in the map folder) 8. Now transfer the media folder to the right side. 9.Lastly, transfer the default.xbe to the right side. So it should look like this: E games halo2 maps (with fonts in it) media default.xbe Note: you could transfer the bink folder, but it is just the opening video, and it is very big, so if u have a big HDD, you could put it in. but i didnt put it in, and t works fine. I hope this tut helped people. jaxjags1767@areax69 -------------------- |

u cant mod old maps w/ an xbox 360. theres one way, nut u cant play on live. try renaming ur old map to a new map. ex. rename headlong.map to containment.map. (may not work for everyone)
